Classes at KAIZEN JUDO KAI are designed for and opened to all levels. Through practise you will build strength, agility while improving flexibility and total balance of your body. The benefits come from practicing consistently, and creatig muscle confusion by taking different classes everyday. Practice will build strength and flexibility while calming your mind and the inner voices.

Our yoga teachers are incredibly passionate about they do, they embody spiritual leadership, fully grasp the anatomy and movement of each asana, and are able to tie in the philosophy of yoga into the experience of the practice. They have the aptitude to intelligently sequence, build a relevant playlist, and tie in meditation for a deeper inner peace. We, at Kaizen Yoga Temple, provide a space for community to our students that they may not find anywhere else.
Kelly loves Yoga because it is an offering of peace. Her classes are designed to inspire practitioners to let go and dance with the present moment. She strives to create a place for students to experiment and have fun! Her favorite class always includes plenty of time to slow down and unwind. Kelly is trained in multiple disciplines of Yoga including Prana Vinyasa; she has earned RYT-500 certification through Yoga Alliance studying both in the U.S. and abroad. She seeks to share with students the beautiful gift of self-transformation that Yoga can be.
Irene attended her first yoga class when she was in college. The teacher was completely changed the way she was thinking about yoga. She continued followed the teacher for 2 years. After graduated, she couldn’t find something similar- fast flow and build your strong core. She had to stop practiced for a while until she found yoga sculpt. She was 100% into it and took every day. She was so amazed to see the changes on her body and her mind as well. She decide to take the training and became a certificated yoga teacher and specialized yoga sculpt format. She can’t wait to share her passion with you and tell you how yoga sculpt can change life.
I am passionate about sharing the power of what Yoga has to offer to people from all walks of life. As an instructor, it is such a joy to witness others experience ease, bliss, peacefulness & inner healing through Yoga. The practice offers one an opportunity to connect the mind, body & spirit and through this connection one may feel loved, at peace, grateful & empowered. As a mother, I am a proud advocate for family bonding, unity & healthy living. I am also passionate about supporting our veterans & their families through practice of Yoga and meditation. I am very passionate about teaching people over poses and have dedicated myself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits. I love to utilize yoga as a tool that can make us stronger for life! When teaching I hope for my students to find balance mentally and physically by providing them with a practice that creates breath to movement connections and body awareness. Michael’s curiosity for movement paired with his athletic background would eventually lead to his pursuit to become a yoga instructor. Attending his first yoga class in 2009, created the foundation for what would evolve into his journey into a consistent yoga practice. Fast-forward six years, Michael enrolled in a 200-hour training from Core Power, where he graduated in fall of 2015. Since that time, Michael’s passion for the discipline of yoga extends beyond his mat and he loves to share this knowledge and inspire others to experience all of the benefits. His Vinyasa classes offer creative opportunities to move fluidly on the mat while increasing strength, stability and body awareness. Through a gradually paced class, breath is used as a key tool linking body to mind to ensure the safest, and most enjoyable practice for all students. As a teacher, my focus is about breath, body, and movement connection. It is not so much about the destination or pose but rather about the journey and process of getting there. I believe that yoga is not just an hour long practice done on your mat but a practice that ties into life on and off the mat. Teaching for me is about connecting and holding a space that feels safe and comfortable allowing individuals to open up as much as they desire while also challenging themselves.
My passion for yoga is all about the ultra smooth vinyasa flow that ultimately calms the mind and tones the body. My creative flows and playlist are a reflection of my payfull side. Fundamentals are greatly used as a tool in the gentle class to promote growth in strength and flexibly. Leading the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, has brought back the universal principles of alignment to practice in a safe and healing environment.
