Yoga for Beginners

This class is designed for first time yogis. It's the right class for you if you want to learn the fundamentals of yoga in a group where everyone is new. The teacher will give you some background on yoga while you're seated, but come prepared to move. You’ll walk out feeling embodied, empowered, energized, and eager to come back.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga class is suitable for all levels. A restful, calming class including breathing techniques (pranayama), gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses with meditation techniques (dyana) that reduce stress. If you have been intimidated by more athletic yoga styles or are looking for a way to unwind, you may want to explore gentle yoga. This is a perfect yoga class for beginners and also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and evolving style of yoga, wherein the breath leads the body through movement. This open system encourages exploration and creativity, while generating internal heat and intense focus. This class expands on classic forms in a safe and supportive environment, and learn to shift from the outside world into a moving meditation. You will build strength and flexibility while you heal and revitalize mind, body, and spirit.

Baby & Me Yoga - 6 Weeks to age 4

Baby and Me Yoga is a great yoga class for new mothers and their babies. This class is designed to provide moms the opportunity to regain the strength and tone muscle while bonding, singing and playing with their babies. Moms can slowly regain strength while cultivating confidence and alleviate neck, shoulder, and back pain through yoga postures. Come to class with an open heart, a blanket, some toys for your wee-one, your yoga mat and water. This class provides a comfortable, supportive environment where moms can meet other moms and create special memories with their babies. Prior yoga experience is not needed to join this class. New moms should receive permission from their care provider to begin this or any exercise postpartum.

Restorative Yoga

A great antidote to the stresses of a busy life and a wonderful balance for more active practices, this class is a simple sequence of restful postures, in which you are supported by props and encouraged to find comfort and ease in your body. These poses, accompanied by simple breathing techniques and gentle stretches, serve to soothe the nervous system and promote relaxation and deep healing on all levels. Restorative Yoga is accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or level of fitness. More than any other, it is an excellent practice for those recovering from illness or injury, or anyone living with chronic pain. Be still, relax, and find the healing you need. We use props and hold asanas for 3-5 min that allow the body to open in a passive way. This is an excellent method to get your muscles to relax.

Sculpt & Tone Yoga

This class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility using totally your body weight, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Not to mention, yoga sculpt & tone is the perfect way to cross-train for yoga because of the focus on cardio and resistance It is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

FIT Cardio Conditioning

FIT Cardio Conditioning is a super-charged, fat-burning cardio class that focuses on building total body strength by activating all the major muscle groups of the body through a unique combination of cardio, plyometric, abdominal, and strength training exercises using body weight.


Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. The BootCamp class is designed to provide a whole body workout that builds strength and endurance while creating a sense of camaraderie among the participants. In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics, such as pushups, lunges, crunches, burbeeps as well as drills and sprints. Kaizen bootcamp workout is a type of interval training - bursts of intense activity alternating with intervals of lighter activity. Perfect for all levels and those looking for a modified class that recreates the original moves at a lower-intensity.
